FAQs

The purchase of one of our experiences is the beginning of a long-lasting relationship between us and our guest. Be it knowledge or help planning your next Bourbon Trail Tour, if you need us for any reason,

In the meantime here is a list of questions we're frequently asked, with some helpful answers.

  • Can I choose an experience for any day?
    Our bourbon public tours are pre-set on specific days. "The Paddock" only goes out on Fridays, "The Local" on Saturdays, "The Best of The Bluegrass" on Sunday's. If you are interested in customizing a tour on a specific date beyond our public tour options, please contact: nate@distilledexperiences.com
  • Do you only provide bourbon experiences?
    No! Even though we have a slight obsession with the "juice" made here in Kentucky, we work with all sectors, incudling but not limited to: Wineries Breweries Restaurants/Bars Horse Farms Monuments State/National Parks Historical Sites Entertainment Venues Events
  • How far in advance should I book?
    Our experiences typically sell out around a month in advance, therefore we always tell people the sooner the better. Our high seasons (April/May, September/October) tend to book out closer to two months in advance.
  • Is there a maximum number of participants?
    We have worked with groups from 1 - 250 people. We feel confident that we can provide a top-level experience for any number of people. As the old saying goes, "the more the merrier"!
  • Do you sell gift certificates?
    Absolutely! Contact us at: nate@distilledexperiences.com and we will customize your gift certificate to your exact specifications!
  • Are children allowed?
    We ask that all of our guest be at least 21 years old. In very specific cases we can permit guest under 21 years old. We ask you reach out to us if you need more information about bringing along an underage guest at: nate@distilledexperiences.com.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If cancelling an experience up to 14 days prior to the event, you receive a 100% refund. Between 7-13 days prior to the event, you receive a 50% refund. Within 6 days of your experience we offer no refund. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible!
