Cancellation Policy

Distilled Experiences (Bottled In Bond Tours) is committed to providing all of our guests with exceptional tours through Kentucky. When a guest cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent others from the opportunity to experience Kentucky with us. Please call us at (859) 285-2075 if you need to change or cancel a reservation. Up to 14 days before your tour date allows for a 100% refund. Between 7-13 days prior to your tour date allows for a 50% refund. If prior notification is not given at least 1 week before your tour date, you will be charged 100% of the full tour price for the missed appointment.
